I requested a password reset yesterday but after clicking the link, I'm still unable to log in. The link says it expired even though I clicked it within a few minutes.

Hi Alice, thanks for reaching out! Password reset links expire after 15 minutes. Could you try requesting a new one and clicking it immediately?

I tried again and the same thing happened. I clicked the link within 2 minutes.
