We have a user requesting data deletion under GDPR Article 17. What's the process to initiate this and what's your SLA for completion?

Need to process a GDPR Article 17 data deletion request. What's the process?

Hi Leo! You can initiate data deletion requests via Settings > Privacy > Data Requests. Submit the user's email address and our system will process the deletion within 30 days (our SLA is 14 days, well within the GDPR 30-day requirement). You'll receive a confirmation email once complete.
